Refunds & Exchanges

We generally cannot accept returns or refunds. All sales are final.In the case of damaged items (which is rare) please email us at hello@gentlegiantband.com within 14 days of purchase and we will try to resolve it for you.

If you require an exchange or size adjustment on apparel, you will be responsible to pay for a return shipping label as well as shipping of the exchanged product. Once we receive the order then we will send out the exchanged product. 

Shipping Policy

All orders are generally sent from the USA within 3-5+ business days from receiving your order, however delivery times may vary. 

Shipping within the USA: All domestic orders are sent via DHL. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as a label is created.

Shipping to the rest of the world: International orders can take from 7-21+ days to reach you.  Orders shipped outside the U.S. are subject to import taxes (VAT) payable by the customer at time of delivery. We are not responsible to pay for these duties. We are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages. 

Shipping Information: We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information. Please contact us and we will work to accommodate your order, however additional shipping fees or an entire reorder may be incurred. In order to verify an incorrectly formatted address we may reach out to you only via email.​
